Enjoy our relaxing environment with the built in activity of picking out and painting pottery! Painting pottery requires no prior experience or knowledge. One of our wonderful staff with guide your group through the painting steps and show you techniques that may be helpful to your piece.

Not only will your party be a memorable experience, but your guests will have a wonderful memento from your event!

For $50 your Party Room reservation includes:

• 2 scheduled hours in our secluded party room

• Seating for 8 to 20 guests

• A member of our staff with guide guests through painting steps and techniques

• Brushes, glazes and other tools

• A designated table for anything you may carry in (food, presents, etc.)

You may carry in food and drinks (including alcohol) or have food delivered. You may also bring any decorations, gifts, party favors, ect.

Note: There are stairs that lead to our party room. If you have fewer than 8 guests or have a different time in mind, give us a call! We can accommodate your needs. 

Pricing Details:

• The deposit fee of $50 reserves the Party Room for your group.

• All pottery and additional items must be paid for the day of your party.

• Pricing varies from piece to piece and will depend on what your party chooses to glaze. If you have a price range in mind, please let us know and we will help direct you.

• Party host can pay for partial amounts of pottery with the painter/guardian of painter responsible for the difference. Note this to your guests if this is the direction for your party, so no one is caught off guard at the end of the party.

  (Example: At Alex’s 8th birthday party Alex’s mom is going to pay for $10 worth of pottery for each attendee. Erin picks out an $18 mug. Erin’s mom will pay the remaining $8 when they pick Erin up at the end of the party.)

Pick Up Details:

• At time of check out we will get one person’s name and phone number (typically, the host of the party!)

• In 7-10 days after we will call the person whose contact info we have.

• Pick up can be done by either:

  One person from the party, who will distribute pieces to each attendee.

  OR The person contacted by us can let everyone in the party know the pieces are ready for pick up. Each attendee can then pick up their own piece at Made In Muncie- they just need to let us know the name of the person who originally received our call and which piece is theirs!
